* NB. Credit Card payment will incurr a 2% additional charge,
but no additional charge is made for Debit Card payment
All Cancellations received after Credit Card
details have been given to
guarantee a reservation (in person or by telephone/mail/fax/ letter),
will incur a
£10 per room per night Cancellation Fee.
This will be will be debited to the Credit Card upon notification
of cancellation.
In addition,
cancellations made within 14 days of the booked arrival date will
be charged in full.
Early departure from the room (without 14
days notice) will be charged will be charged in full.
We recommend that you advise us of cancellations
as soon as possibly,
so that we can attempt to resell your room.
If we are able to resell the accommodation as originally booked
by yourself,
we will then credit you accordingly (less the £10 per room
per night Cancellation Fee).
